We know that we won’t always meet our client’s expectations and want to give you the opportunity to let us know how we can do better. All completed feedback forms will be entered into a quarterly prize draw to win £250 worth of shopping vouchers. A complaint?
We want you to tell us. We're sure if we talk about it we can sort things out quickly. However if this isn’t possible and you want to raise your issue formally, you should contact our Complaints Manager, Alex O’Toole in the first instance, by email or on 0844 873 5311. She will listen to what you have to say and advise you of how we intend to deal with your complaint. We promise to deal with your complaint openly and to keep you fully informed of what’s happening.
