Our personal injury team acts for a large number of insurers’ brokers, fleet operators, motor dealerships and claims management companies. They represent claimants injured in road traffic accidents, acidents at work,  slipping and tripping accidents, product liability claims, travel claims and multi party actions. Because we handle a large number of claims we are able to respond to the urgent needs of spinal or head injury clients quickly, effectively and sensitively.

The catastrophic injuries team has achieved settlements for clients amounting to several million pounds over the years. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptionally high standard of care to our clients, and our involvement continues after completion of claims, as trustees in a special needs trust created to assist our clients in managing their compensation awards, and achieving their goals.
