When someone dies it’s a difficult time emotionally and there’s a lot to think about and do. We can talk to you about all the necessary steps, from registering the death and arranging the funeral to finding if there is a Will and dealing with the assets in the estate.

- accounting to the beneficiaries of the estate and providing necessary information for their own income tax and capital gains tax positions
- possible deeds of variation to maximise the tax efficiency for both the estate and the beneficiaries receiving the estate.
- claims made against an estate by a disgruntled or estranged party.
