From Monday 2nd January 2012, Lawyers2yu will be joining up with local firm Allan Rutherford Ltd Solicitors to launch its first Norfolk franchise. Mobile stands will be found in Chapelfield Shopping Centre from the 2nd January 2012 and Castle Mall Shopping Centre from the 13th February 2012. Lawyers2you representatives will be available at these locations around the clock, during all trading hours to help service the local public’s legal enquiries.
The mobile legal advice stands are designed to give the local public access to free initial legal advice, through their friendly representatives and informative brochures.
Lawyers2you understand that whilst many people have legal problems, they often may hesitate in addressing them as they are nervous about the legal process, anxious as to costs or they simply don’t have the time to seek help. That’s why Lawyers2you are visiting your local towns and shopping centres, making legal services more accessible to everyone.
After the initial meet and greet with a Lawyers2you representative, whereby brief detail of the enquiry will be taken, potential clients will then speak to an Advisor in the specialist “Listening Centre” who will attentively listen to the legal problem before providing the required free initial advice.
If the legal problem cannot be resolved simply by way of general advice, and the services of a lawyer are likely to be needed then we will arrange for the enquirer to talk over the telephone or to meet with a local lawyer at a time that is convenient to them.
